Baked Brie With Black Truffle

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

• 150g double brie
• 3g black truffle, shaved

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan forced.
2. Wrap the brie in a layer of foil.
3. Place in the over at 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the brie from the oven and top with the truffle.
5. Serve warm.

To finish:

1. Serve with some crusty bread and honey.
