Fresh harvested truffle – in small batches, hand cleaned and graded with care. Choose your size, and delivery week.
Stunning truffle pate – all vegetarian, pure umami deliciousness with NO additives, or chemical ‘aroma’. Small batch, hand-crafted, a super limited edition.
Pure truffle/ flaked sea salt – a mix with 7% fresh truffle. Zilch chemicals or additives.

All about truffle
A fresh black truffle, also known as the Tuber melanosporum or the Périgord truffle, is widely considered the best in the world; the ‘black diamond’ of gastronomy.
What we love is that this is interaction of elements we barely understand: trees, plants, soil, fungi, bacteria, minerals, chemicals.
Vast aliveness abounds, and in the midst, here’s a truffle, reflecting something of the bright skies above and the deep earth below. Marvel!
