Pure umami — no additives, no fillers. Handcrafted in small batches on the farm with minimum 10% freshly harvested Elvesgate biodynamic truffle. Fire roasted mushrooms, shallots slow braised in madeira and port, organic cream, parmesan and eggs — and plenty of truffle. The most asked-for thing we make.

Snow white farm butter infused with 10% freshly harvested organic Tuber melanosporum. Guests at our Forage & Feast have asked to take it home since we first melted it over warm bread at the table. Toss through fresh pasta, melt over roast vegetables, enrich a sauce, or simply spread on toast.

Small batch · 7% fresh truffle · No additives
Flaked sea salt blended with 7% fresh Elvesgate truffle. No chemicals, no additives — just salt and truffle. The simplest way to bring biodynamic truffle into your everyday cooking. Finish eggs, roasted potatoes, popcorn, anything. Once you start, you won't stop.
Every product in this range started the same way — guests at our Forage & Feast days tasted them on the grazing table and pleaded to take them home. Small-batch, organic, no additives and handmade with the same care that goes into everything at Elvesgate.
