We're a small family farm near Braidwood in NSW with a hectare of oak trees, producing truffle that is certified organic and biodynamic

Our high quality, dense black truffle are valued by chefs and have been enjoyed at places like: Sixpenny, Aria, Automata, Koi dessert bar, Omeggio, Saint Peter, Monopole and Victor Churchill.
